I understand that sometimes things don't work out, kindly review my refund and return policy below to understand what is acceptable.
- All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear back to your account, although most times it is sooner than that.

- For Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of the items, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I want my customers to be happy with their final product. I will be happy to make any additional adjustments necessary to fix any problems you encounter. However, be sure that the printer (be it at home or professionally) is using the best ink possible to ensure vibrant colors. If we cannot fix the concern, I will issue a refund or partial refund to be determined at the time of the issue.
- For Physical Products: From time to time, I may offer the shipment of an actual physical product. Please be sure to inspect your shipment once you have received it. Contact me within 3 (three) business days of receipt with any questions, issues, or concerns. If the damage or issue is due to my fault, you will receive a partial to 100% refund. The refund amount is dependent on the severity of the concern. In the event the damage occurs during delivery, contact me right away. I may need you to take photos of the damage(s) and submit them to me. Depending on the item, I will try my best to send a replacement out. If I cannot send a replacement, you will receive a full refund back to your original method of payment.
- In the event that a return is needed due to a change of mind for a physical product, please reach out to me at sevendwarvescottage@gmail. com . We can make arrangements for a return within 5 days of receipt. Items that are returned must be received in the original packaging and without damage. Once the item is received, I will issue a refund minus the shipping cost. Also, shipping costs to return the item back will not be refunded and is the responsibility of the customer.
